Specific Course Objective: An outline of aromatherapy including medical history, brief origin history and benefits and an overview of precautions. This course will include cautions when performing rain drop treatments to protect your clients and to protect the public. Also included are various conditions and a summation of aromatherapy results for a therapy practice. Cultivation is discussed to educate yourself when purchasing essential oils. The teaching methodology for this course is based on declarative knowledge for recall and formative assessment demonstrated by passing multiple choice questions located in the exam section which must be completed for CE credit. The passing score is 70% if you are taking this course for continuing education purposes. The course is designed to be experienced a multi-media learning experience. This course includes educational references for certification purposes.
